He could barely speak english, much less comprehend any past Thursday beyond "last" Thursday. I made a valiant effort to explain to him that thousands of folks are reading about the lousy service to be had at his restaurant. Alas, I couldn't really discern any real spark of understanding or intellect from this side of the call. Perhaps if someone else with more patience called, he could possibly be educated on what behavior is acceptable for his employees?
